At the end of the Zaterre, the tip of the Dogana di Mare (or Sea Customs house) is surmounted by a tower on top of which is a gilded sphere supported by two knelt telamones made of bronze. On top of the globe, a windvane Fortune, standing on one foot, carries a ship rudder.
